In the investment field, what is it that every one wants? Years ago I told my subscribers that, in the future, the scarcest thing around is going to be INCOME. Well, it's happened, with one caveat --today the scarcest thing around is SAFE INCOME.
Below is a chart that interests me. It's the "D-J Dividend Index Fund." This is an ETF that's worth looking into. Type in DVY on Google for further info on DVY. This ETF has performed well over the years. It pays a dividend of around 3.80%. The ETF holds a group of higher-paying D-J Industrial stocks. The chart shows RSI at 61, so DVY is now semi-overbought. Nevertheless, I like it as a steady source of income.
