I asked the great universal mind (God) about some items that have bothered me. I'll list the items below --
(1) Is North Korea's young dictator, Kim Jong-un, just posturing, or should we take him seriously? Answer -- I think it makes sense to take him seriously. After all, what is the danger in taking him seriously? If we take him seriously, and we're wrong -- great! But if we write him off as a blustering fool, it could conceivably be a disaster.
(1A) Is there any instance where a new weapon of war has not ultimately been used? Should I worry about this thesis?
(2) Were the latest Labor Dept. statistics on unemployment accurate and in reality? If the statistics were for real, then the economy, so far, is not performing a la Bernanke.
