Whew! The second quarter of 2012 is over and this annoying quarter is now ancient history! And what a quarter it was. Europe wobbly and on its knees, the US in semi-recession again, unemployment in the US around the highs, a short squeeze on Friday with stocks spurting higher, a presidential election coming up, Obamacare narrowly approved by the US Supreme Court (thanks to Justice Roberts), buyers of Facebook angry and itching to get even.

 

Oh, and about Facebook. I don't trust the price. As in the case of the tablets, I think it will only be a matter of time before some teenage genius comes up with a better and cleverer version of Facebook. Now that FB has captured one seventh of the world's population, it will be a target for every computer brainiac in the world.
